Fancor Terms & Conditions (Short Form)

Welcome to Fancor. By accessing our website, placing an order, or opting into SMS communications, you agree to be bound by Fancor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Fancor provides customized apparel and fundraising services through our Shopify-powered platform. All products, pricing, availability, and descriptions are subject to change at any time. Orders are not accepted until confirmed, and all sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account, billing, and contact information and for all activity conducted through your account. Products are provided “as is” and delivery times are estimates only.

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into Fancor SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring text messages that may include fundraising updates, supporter jersey links, deadlines, reminders, order confirmations, and important team or program announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After confirmation, you will no longer receive messages. For help, text HELP or contact us at customersupport@fancor.org. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Additional Terms

All content, designs, trademarks, and materials are owned by Fancor or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Use of our Services must comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of our terms.

Fancor and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fancor is headquartered. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
